I am passionate about helping people from all walks of life and identities find trauma informed approaches that meet their therapeutic needs collaboratively. 

I am fully trained in EMDR, CPT, TF-CBT, Sandtray World Play, and ARC modalities.

I do my best to make therapy approachable to all, it can be nerve wracking and overwhelming to make the decision to ask for help. I recognize the honor it is to be trusted with my clients vulnerability.
